Volunteer Opportunities
Love music but don’t sing? There is still a place for you in the PWC family. Each season we are always looking for individuals that would like to assist in various behind the scenes tasks that make our choir “sing” on a completely different level. PWC has two seasons each year - SPRING: February-March and FALL: October-November.
PWC is looking for help in the following areas: Rehearsal Support, Concert Preparation, Concert Ushers, and PWC Ambassadors.

Rehearsal Support
The choir rehearses 1-2 times per week during the Spring and Fall seasons. Rehearsal preparation duties include: assisting with setting up and putting away chairs in the venue used for rehearsals, following a seating chart and placing chorus members name cards on chairs, other duties as needed. Rehearsal volunteers must arrive one hour before rehearsal starts.
Concert Preparation
PWC performs 2-3 times in any given season. In preparation for the concerts, we need help with a variety of activities. Duties include: folding programs and stuffing with donation envelopes, placing donation boxes at entrances, placing PWC branded signage in appropriate locations, arranging chairs and putting name cards on chairs according to a seating chart.

Concert Ushers
PWC performs 2-3 times in any given season. For each performance we are in need of 8-10 ushers to support the choir during the performance. Duties include: greeting guests, handing out programs, cleaning up the seating area after the concert, and watching donation boxes. Ushers must arrive one hour before the start of the concert; a typical concert will last an hour.
PWC Ambassadors
Help PWC spread the word about our concerts and drive attendance. Duties include: social media pushes of approved content, community outreach, concert flyer distribution to local businesses, etc.
