As our sisterhood comes together to create music, we remember the unique and powerful gift shared: the human voice united in song. A choir is not just individual singers; it's a community where each voice plays a vital role in creating harmony.
Through rehearsals and performances, we learn more than notes and rhythms; we also develop teamwork, discipline, and a deep connection with each other. We build bridges through music, sharing emotions and stories that resonate with both ourselves and the audience.
A collective voice is powerful. We embrace the challenge, support one another, and find joy in every note. Our dedication and passion shine through in every performance, reminding the world that together, something truly beautiful and unforgettable can be created.
It's Time to Audition
We are auditioning new members and invite you to join our sisterhood of singers. We welcome women from students to homemakers, professionals and retirees.
AUDITIONS consist of meeting with Director Dana Beal to talk about your singing experiences. Auditionees are checked for range and placement within the choir. Music reading ability is highly recommended, learning tracks are provided. Potential soloists are asked to sing (acappella) a passage of their choice.
REHEARSALS are at Crossville First Methodist Church on Tuesday afternoons from 3:30-5:30 pm in February through April, and then again September through November.
